DeleteGood pics. Alcacer do Sal looks interesting from the motorway but I've never gone into the town. Is it worth a visit on the way up to Lisbon do you think?
ReplyDeleteI've only stopped there for a few hours on my way up north so I'm not an expert but I like the castle and the view from up there. Apparently it has a crypt, which sounds interesting, but I've never been inside. I also like the streets by the river. According to their site, there is a shrimp festival on at the moment!
